TrustwaveOur company, Trustwave helps businesses fight cybercrime, protect data and reduce security risks. With cloud and managed security services, integrated technologies and a team of security experts, ethical hackers and researchers, Trustwave enables businesses to transform the way they manage their information security and compliance programs. Trustwave is a privately held company, headquartered in Chicago, with more than two million customers in 96 countries.

Trustwave needed assistance with the creation of marketing collateral that would clearly communicate the company’s services to our target market. We also wanted recommendations and counsel on how to reach our target audience in both established and emerging markets.

We required writers who understood the technology, and could communicate complex technology and services clearly and concisely, while aligning with our in-house tone and branding.

What initially attracted us to this digital marketing agency was their in-depth knowledge of the technology and security. Tick Tock Social is an approachable and experienced team, backed by a network of affiliates to meet all manner of online communications, web and marketing services.

Tick Tock Social pulled together a number of different types of assets for Trustwave, including direct mail copy, white papers, technical papers and in-depth online security questionnaires. From a strategic point of view, Tick Tock Social also provided us with cost-effective and innovative strategies on how best to share and tailor our messages for our different audiences.

For every project, Tick Tock Social listened to our requirements and asked thoughtful questions about our goals. All deliverables were handed over on time, on budget and to a very high standard. Even when we gave them very tight deadlines, they delivered.
